"Lost Kingdoms" е вечеря, в която студентите ще представят през своята призма съставки и вкусове от храните, с които са се хранили хората преди откриването на Америка.🏺

всеки корс бележи падението на едно владение и възхода на друго. 👑

🍽️ February marks the month of the final dinners of the HRC students at Talents.
The most anticipated time of year for Sofia’s culinary scene – the moment when Talents becomes a stage for expression, and the guests turn into a jury, score sheet in hand. 📝
“Lost Kingdoms” is a dinner where students will present, through their own perspective, ingredients and flavors from the foods people consumed before the discovery of America. 🏺
To keep guests fully immersed in the journey, each kingdom is conquered by the next ⚔️ –
every course marks the fall of one realm and the rise of another. 👑
